The Koran (Qur'an)

Warning!!! THIS ARTICLE MAY CONSIST FALSE RELIGION!!!

The Koran is one of the worlds most sacred texts. It is home of the 114 chapters, containing the religious, social, civil, military, and legal codes of Islam.

What most people say about the Koran is false. Most people say that Koran says to kill the infidels, and that if you die in a Jihad you go straight to heaven. That is not in the Koran! I have been studying and reading the Koran, and there is not a single thing that relates to dying in a Jihad, or killing the infidels.

In chapter CIX it says "O ye UNBELIEVERS! I worship not that which ye worship, And ye do not worship that which I worship; I shall never worship that which ye worship, Neither will ye worship that which I worship. To be your religion; to me my religion."

I know that that statement does not mach up with scripture, but it proves what most people say wrong.

In fact in the Koran, a lot of Bible characters are mentioned. Moses and the book of Israel, Pharaoh and the Princess, Noah and the Ark, and a man with the description of Jesus.

I am not living by the Koran, but I feel that people that say wrong things should be proven wrong.

Very good post Jaxon. You're exactly right, we should not assume anything about a person based on their religion, or assume anything about their religion itself. Although we may share the same belief system as those who identify the Koran as their sacred text, we must not let stereotypes developed by movies and other elements of popular culture shape our ideas and opinions.
