Clarence A. Barker


(June 4, 1925 - June 30, 2012)



Clarence Fulton Barker, 87, of Westfield, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Maple Park Village in Westfield. He was born on June 4, 1925 to Clarence and Helen May (Fulton) Barker in Westfield, Indiana.



Clarence was an inspector for Naval Avionics. He was a member of Westfield Friends Church and attended Hinkle Creek Friends Church. Clarence is a veteran of The United States Air Force.



He is survived by wife, Leota (McBride) Barker; son, Reid (Martha) Barker; daughter, Helen (Larry) Schirmer; daughter, Joyce (John) Story; son, Robert Barker; daughter, Rebecca (Lonnie) Brock; son, Douglas Barker; grandchildren, Logan Barker, Shandelle and Shay Schirmer, Alisha and Adrianna Story, Jenalee, Lyssa, Karena, Ryan, and Austin Brock, Matthew and Grant Barker; step-grandchildren, Michael Brock, Lori Kolter, and Kristina Roell; brother, Jack (Velma) Barker; sister, Ruth Nesbitt; and many extended family members.



In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Byron Barker; and sister, Carolyn Howe.



Services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 6, 2012, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville, with Pastor Robert Stubbs officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Westfield.



Memorial contributions may be made to Hinkle Creek Friends Church or Westfield Friends Church.
