INFORMATION ON IYM SESSIONS - PLEASE READ!

I have the registration forms for anyone wanting to attend the Indiana Yearly Meeting Sessions up at Quaker Haven Camp. Deadline for registering is this week - July 14th!!!! I realize that most of you cannot block out the whole time to be there, but I am asking if as many of you as possible could plan to attend the "Feast Of Faith" which will be held on Saturday evening at 5:00 p.m., August 23rd. The cost for that event only is $12.00 per person. They will be recognizing Hinkle as a new member of Indiana Yearly Meeting. Along with the meal, there will be entertainment from "The Witness Trio" from the Union Bible College. Following the "Feast of Faith", you are invited to attend the Recording Service for new Pastors in Indiana Yearly Meeting. If you don't have a registration form, just send your check (made out to Indiana Yearly Meeting) along with your name, address, phone number, email address, and state that you are from Hinkle to: Indiana Yearly Meeting, 4715 N. Wheeling Ave., Muncie, In. 47304-1222 or you may fax your information for your registration to 765-284-8925. You can go to the IYM website at www.iym.org for more information and contact information if you want to send it via emial. I'm in great hopes that we will have a nice turnout to represent Hinkle. Maybe some of you could carpool and take a group. Paulette and I are going for the whole session arriving on Thursday, July 21st and will return sometime on Sunday, the 24th. So, we will meet you there! By the way, the "Feast of Faith" will be held in the Activity Building rather than the Dining Hall. So, there should be plenty of room for everyone!
