TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES ANNOUNCED

(Noblesville, IN)….Two temporary daytime road closures have been announced today in response to a request by the Hoosier Heritage Port Authority to make substructure bridge repair to two railroad bridges in Noblesville.  Each closure will last five days and will only be during the hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm.  Both temporary closures were scheduled in order to avoid the beginning of the school year.  The two temporary closures will be:

·        The State Road 19 railroad bridge:  State Road 19 will be closed from Monday, July 25^th through Friday, July 29^th between Field Drive and Logan Street.  Access to Forest Park during the closure hours will be via the park’s Field Drive entrance.  Access to Schwartz’s during the closure hours will be off of SR 19 just north of Logan Street.

·        The Allisonville Road railroad bridge:  Allisonville Road will be closed from Monday, August 1^st through Friday, August 5^th between 146^th Street and Greenfield Avenue.  Local access will be maintained during the closure hours.  Residents of Wellington North may exit onto Allisonville Road but will be restricted to northbound Allisonville only.  Residents of The Wellingtons and all neighborhoods south of The Wellingtons may also exit onto Allisonville Road but will be restricted to southbound Allisonville only.
