Need Your Input

Good morning everyone. I emailed several of you yesterday, but haven't heard back from most of you so thought I'd post on here and ask if you would either email me or comment on here. I received a call from the Executive Committee of Western Yearly Meeting wanting to set a "Clearness Committee" meeting with us as soon as possible. They are having their next Executive Committee meeting on the 13th of November and they need to meet with us before then concerning our withdrawal from the Yearly Meeting. It appears that Wednesday evening the 27th at 6:30 is looking like a good time to meet with them. Depending on how many of you can attend, we would like to set up chairs and meet in the basement at Hinkle. I need to get back with them as soon as I have a sense of when everyone can meet. Please let me know so I can set this up. As I understand it, this meeting must take place so they can formulate their minute to the Administrative Counsel to be presented at their meeting on the 20th of November so they can approve our withdrawal. This is a VERY important meeting for the membership of Hinkle Creek Friends so that we can move forward. In addition, I'd like to have a short "informational" meeting immediately following services this Sunday to explain what the "Clearness Committee" is all about and enable us to be prepared on what to expect at this meeting.
