Was it just me or was anyone else touched by the presentation put on by the WYM Youth Cabinet? I thought that was one of the best things I have seen in a long time that had a strong message without words! I'm not sure there were many dry eyes in the place! It really made me think about how vulnerable we all are in this world we live in and HOW MUCH God loves us and wants us to be near to Him and Love Him. It made me realize that even when we stray, He is always in the background desiring us to come to Him. It's hard to fathom that kind of love He has for us! I hope they come up with something again and can come back! I think we all needed that "shot in the arm".
Thank you to everyone who helped to make this weekend a great success as we hosted this group. Katy told me she felt so much at home here at Hinkle and the people made all of them feel "just like family". That's what we are all about! I pray we can all be the figure dressed in white in the play always loving and luring others back into a loving relationship with Christ!
