Dear Friends,
We are moving toward our first important step in joining Indiana Yearly Meeting. We were officially released from Western Yearly Meeting effective December 31,2010. We will have that confirmation in hand this week to turn over to Indiana Yearly Meeting. They are meeting with Westfield Friends for the same purpose on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.. Since we are ready to move forward, they would like to meet with us on Saturday as well at Westfield Friends Church at 3:00 p.m.. This is a very important meeting shaping our future. If you can at all fit it in your schedule we would like to have a good representation of our Body. I apologize that this is such a late request, but details about our withdrawal came late and rather than have Indiana to set another date to meet with us, it just makes sense that we do this while they are nearby and are prepared to meet with us. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
