Please pray for Phyliss Davis. She fell and broke her hip and shoulder and is in rehab at Riverview Hospital.

Kelsey Stewart

my friend Kelsey Stewart who was diagnosed with a brain tumor almost a year ago has just had his sixth MRI and got another great report that his is free and clear of any cancer. Thank you for your prayers for Kelsey of over this past year. I praise God for the work he has done in Kelsey's life and I ask that everyone please continue to pray for Kelsey and his family.

Can You Help?

Well Friends, we are getting down to the wire before our 175th Homecoming Event we have long anticipated. There is much to do at the Meeting House to get ready for it and many hands will make short the work ahead. Here is a few things that need to be done and if any of you could free up some time on Saturday and give a hand it would much appreciated. Here's the list: Windows need cleaned, kitchen needs a good cleaning and refrigerators need cleaned out. The grounds need sprucing up. There are a lot of pine needles on the ground and sticks to be picked up. We are getting a Bobcat to clear an area in the woods for additional parking, so I'm sure there is work that will need to be done there. Some detailed cleaning above and beyond what Mike and Kelly do each week would also be helpful. We just want the Lord's House to look it's best for all of our guests who will be coming back home. We have all worked hard to accomplish so many things in the past year and I know if you are like me, you want Hinkle to look it's best. If you know of someone who doesn't look at the Blog, you might give them a call and let them know in case they want to help on Saturday. I'm guessing we will arrive around 9:00 a.m.. Thanks everyone!!!

A Glimpse of Family Camp

Update on Evan

John and Laura were able to bring Evan back home. Tests revealed he had a viral infection and was very dehydrated. Thank goodness this is all treatable. Thanks for your prayers.

Please Pray

We received a call from John and Laura Chambers and they had to rush Evan to the Emergency room. He had become lathargic and his arms and legs were turning blue. At this writing, he is still there and they don't know what's wrong with him yet. Obviously they are worried sick about it, so please remember all of them in your prayers this evening. I'll post any updates as I receive them.
